Let me just say when I walked in to this dealership, I was nervous and not to sure what to expect, but I was greeted with a smile and then introduced to Eli who said that he WILL get me in a car today, a little unsure being this was the first time I have made a purchase this big alone with less than perfect credit. He had the utmost patience with me and my wants and gave me the options that fit my credit so i didn't get my hopes up only to get let down, he was upfront and honest from the start!!! He insisted on the best deal for my money and didn't stop until he did it, I am now a new car owner!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ELI and staff at Reno Auto Warehouse you have given me my independence back and I am so grateful 🙏💜
